Appointments & Emergencies

Consultations and treatment are by appointment only. We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us; if you have a dental emergency please try to call us as early in the day as you can to arrange a time to come in to see us. For emergency help outside opening hours, please telephone the practice and listen to the recorded message for advice and contact numbers.

Cancellation Policy; we require 2 working days’ notice if you are unable to keep an appointment, so that we have sufficient time to fill the emptied appointment space, and to treat urgent cases. If you do not let us know in advance we will have to charge you for our lost time.
